John Krehbiel
Founder / Advisor
I founded Krehbiel Financial after 15 years in marketing and engineering management at Harris and Intersil, and 11 years teaching physics at West Shore Jr./Sr. High School in Melbourne, FL. Throughout my career, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and teaching have been keys to my success in working with people.
I have an engineering degree from Caltech and a masters in management from M.I.T. I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a member of NAPFA (National Association of Personal Financial Advisors) and the XY Planning Network.
When I'm not helping people accomplish their goals with their money, I enjoy road biking, bike tourism, traveling, meals with friends, and being a member of Church in the Wild, in Melbourne, FL.
Karl Krehbiel

I joined Krehbiel Financial after 6 years as a Data Scientist and Product Manager at Quora.com. Before that, I earned my undergrad degree from Harvard where I studied statistics and computer science.
I grew up in Melbourne, FL and moved back in 2019 to raise my family here. When not helping people with their financial planning needs, I like watching and playing soccer and basketball, strategy games, going to church, and hanging out with my wife and 2 kids (1 & 4 years old).
